The report on the first day we used the software. Wow! The feeling is exciting! I've managed to get full 6 working hours today, and our champion here is 7 hours. However the most of our employees only had 3 hours of tracked working time. This software, the feeling of being watched, really makes you work harder and be more focused - that's for sure, and I can feel that myself.

Despite some of our employees are uneasy to accept this new form of control, I believe the future of IT Management lies in this type of software!
